SUBSTANCE: proposed method is performed by means of device including washing chute-hydraulic lock, magnetic system located under this chute which is used for forming flocculated magnetically active particle on working surface, bed loosener, drive with crank mechanism for performing reciprocating motion of hydraulic lock relative to magnetic system located under it or magnetic system relative to hydraulic lock by stroke no less than pitch of poles for turning flocs of magnetically active particles of bed through angle of no less than 180 deg., forming wave oscillations and loosening of bed in entire volume.
