GAS BURNER FOR HOT-WATER BOILER WITH AUTOMATIC SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2211412 C2

FIELD: heat engineering, equipment of hot-water boilers utilizing natural gaseous fuel. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas burner for hot-water boiler with automatic system has water temperature regulator, protection unit with flame and draught transducers coupled to it, gas burning unit and ignition torch. Gas line is additionally fitted with main shut-off valve installed in front of gas burner and coupled to water temperature regulator. Gas burner, ignition torch, flame and draught transducers are anchored on panel which is mounted in lower part of hot-water boiler and transducer of water temperature regulator is placed inside, in upper part of boiler. Lower part of panel has holes and is equipped with traveling gate that carries row of holes over its entire length. Peephole of ignition torch that is shut by gate is made in panel near flame transducer. Collector with nozzles of gas burner is connected by pipe-line to main shut-off valve and is fixed on face side of panel, ignition torch and burner tubes are anchored on rear side of panel.
