FIELD: heat-and-power industry; other industries; production of the two-stage atmospheric gas burner.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the heat-and-power industry, in particular, to the devices for burning of the gaseous fuel and may be used in the gas-burner devices of the steam and the water-heating boilers. The two-stage atmospheric gas burner contains two gas regulators with two steps connected sequentially, each of which consists of the control and adjustment unit, the flame and traction sensors, two cocks, the sensor of then igniter with the bimetallic plate connected to the burner, three thermoregulators. At that each the control and adjustment unit consists of the mains-operated gas start button, the membrane with the rigid center gate with the seat, the above-membrane cavity, the membrane and the two-position shutter, the drain nozzle and the nozzle of the pressure source, the choke with the channel. The burner is supplied with the sensor of mains-operated gas and at that the bimetallic plate of the sensor of the igniter is made with the capability of opening of the sensor of mains-operated gas with the simultaneous closure of the burner igniter nozzle and feeding of the mains-operated gas into the choke with the channel of the gas regulators of the both steps of the burner, and the gas regulators are supplied with the sensors of the thermoregulators connected to the thermoregulators accordingly. The invention allows to ensure automatic regulation of the temperature of the heat-transfer medium, to simplify the design and to increase reliability.

EFFECT: the invention ensures automatic regulation of the temperature of the heat-transfer medium, simplification of the design and the increased reliability.
