FIELD: heating liquids and generation of steam; heating, ventilation, hot water supply systems and equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes working pump, vortex heat generator and heat exchanger which form closed circulating loop; device is provided with pressure activator which is filled with liquid and is hydraulically connected with closed circulating loop. Device is provided with regenerator for performing function of steam generator; one side of said regenerator is included in closed circulating loop in section between heat generator and heat exchanger and other side is hydraulically connected with heat generator and liquid flow activator through reducing valve; liquid flow activator is thermodynamically connected with heat exchanger and is hydraulically connected with closed circulating loop.
