FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: switching device has upper base and lower base, as well as externally actuated movable selector member and four switching and contact strips. Alternative switching operations to be implemented are chosen by shifting movable selector member to definite position between end positions, particular switching alternatives complying with definite points on its motion path. Selector member opens and closes input and/or output holes on base meant for respective switching alternatives during its displacement.
