FIELD: power engineering; power supply and distribution devices for important loads including shut-off valves of underwater oil-line sections. SUBSTANCE: system has power box and uninterrupted power supply box feeding uninterrupted power supply panel disposed in power box. Actuators of shut-off valves of main and stand-by oil lines and telemechanics device disposed in telemechanics panel power box are connected to uninterrupted power supply panel. Uninterrupted power supply panel is supplied with power over two power supply channels, that is over main one from power box and over stand-by channel from uninterrupted power supply residing in box incorporating unattended storage battery whose capacity is sufficient to provide uninterrupted power supply to load during one closing cycle of valves in case of accident in pipeline. Uninterrupted power selector operates in response to failure signal arriving from unattended storage battery causing operation of automatic load transfer device with the result that uninterrupted power supply panel is energized bypassing rectifier and unattended storage battery. Under normal conditions circuit breaker and uninterrupted power supply panel are energized by voltage fed from power transmission line erected along oil line.
