FIELD: overhead power transmission lines. SUBSTANCE: system is made in the form of two platform mounted compartments in single box module, one being control compartment and other, high-voltage one accommodating vacuum circuit breaker and current transformers inserted in two phases A and C. Two three-phase potential transformers are mounted on either side of vacuum circuit breaker of power transmission line feeder; these transformers are provided with additional open-circuit zero-sequence voltage winding on low-voltage side. High-voltage compartment also accommodates additional zero-sequence current transformer with internal-setting disconnecting switches mounted on different sides of vacuum circuit breaker. Internal-setting disconnecting switches are provided with mechanical interlocking device that has grounding blades and cut-off device for entrance door of high-voltage compartment as well as with operating mechanism for vacuum circuit breaker. In addition there is set of valve-type voltage surge limiters with meters and OFF-indicators coupled with telemechanic system incorporated in control compartment. The latter is equipped with no-break power supply connected through cable and bushing circuit breaker to air-immersed power transformer mounted in high-voltage compartment, as well as to automatically disconnected heating panel, microprocessor device for relay protective and automatic-control gear, and emergency control telemechanics. System incorporates provision for protection against unauthorized access to its parts.
