FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has crowns manufactured as a whole with half- beams having openings with internal thread. Dental bridge body as intermediate part has grooves for receiving half-beams with openings to enable the whole structure to be rigidly connected by means of screws. The half-beams have trapezoid cross-section and are disposed 3 mm below chewing surface of crown. Distance from screw cap to trapezoid half-beam surface is at least 1.5-2 mm long, folia is laid over screw caps and recesses under the screws are filled with composite material. EFFECT: minimum treatment required; reduced risk of traumatic complications; facilitated removal of one of crowns. 3 dwg
