FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with storing bony tissue to be applied in the work of "osseous banks" to provide osseous-plastic material for health care establishments. For the purpose to obtain bioactive osseous-plastic material named "Kostma" of plastic consistence of osteogenous properties and prophylactic antibacterial effect one should combine bone meal with 9%-gelatin solution at 2:1 ratio at 38-40 C by adding antibacterial preparations, for example, reflin. Antibacterial preparations are added at concentration corresponding to optimal local antibacterial dosage.
