FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing a bone implant based on a sterile demineralized bone matrix, including mechanical processing of bone tissue, demineralization of the workpiece, followed by combined sterilization with an ozone-air mixture with an ozone concentration of 6–8 mg/l and a duration of 10–20 min and radiation exposure to a stream of fast electrons with an absorbed dose of 11–15 kGy of hermetically packed samples, besides the machining of the bone matrix is carried out taking into account the direction of osteonic bone structures in sterile chilled to 4 °C Ringer's solution containing sangviritrin 0.01 % in terms of the active substance, and the subsequent incubation of demineralized bone matrix in a 0.2 % solution of sanguinarine at temperature of 37 °C for 72–144 hours, then the finished product is dried at 20 °C and sealed.
EFFECT: creation of an innovative method for obtaining bone implants with 100 % sterilization of bone implants while maintaining their osteoinductive properties, morphological and bioplastic preservation during prolonged storage, with imparting antimicrobial, antiviral and anti-mycotic properties to implants.
