FIELD: hydrometallurgical processing of ore concentrates; processing of loparite concentrate; complex extraction of titanium, niobium and tantalum. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes break-down by hydrochloric acid at heating and obtaining hydrate cake of titanium, niobium and tantalum hydroxides. Break-down is performed by 26-32-% hydrochloric acid to degree of decomposition of 70-90%. Then, concentrate which was not broken-down is separated. Prior to obtaining hydrate cake, liquid phase is evaporated to 10-30% by volume at entrapping and condensing of hydrochloric acid vapor. Then, liquid phase is diluted with water to initial volume, initiating additive is introduced in the amount of 2-10% of mass of initial concentrate and is kept at boiling for 3-6 hours for obtaining hydrate cake. EFFECT: simplification of method; reduction of time required for production of hydrate cake and reduction of consumption of hydrochloric acid. 4 cl, 4 ex
