FIELD: hydrometallurgy of processing ore concentrates; complex extraction of titanium, niobium and tantalum compounds from loparite concentrate. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes break-down of loparite concentrate by hydrochloric acid accompanied by obtaining chloride solutions and separation of titanium, niobium and tantalum compounds from compounds of rare-earth elements followed by obtaining titanium, niobium and tantalum fluoride solutions. Separation of titanium, niobium and tantalum is performed by their extraction from chloride solutions by means of organic mixture containing alkyl phosphoric acid and fluoride solutions of these rare metals are made by re-extraction from extract by means of strong fluohydric acid.
