SUBSTANCE: decorative lighting system has lighting fixture incorporating frame and light-emitting element, as well as device for mounting lighting fixture on support. Lighting fixture is provided with frame-mounted gyroscope in the form of electric motor rotor and propeller mechanically coupled with gyroscope shaft; lighting fixture fastening device is made in the form of flexible hanger and lighting fixture proper is secured on loose end of flexible hanger section; axis of propeller revolution is aimed at 55-90 deg. to longitudinal line of flexible hanger end section.
