FIELD: commercial fishery; fishery of water life adequately responding to light. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical case divided into two parts by means of screen in the form of regular polygon whose vertexes contact side surface of cylindrical case to form cooling ports in the form of segments. One of them mounts linear halogenfilament lamps of arbitrary burning position so that their luminous elements are disposed radially relative to cylindrical case axis at equal angles α between adjacent luminous elements. Electrical fittings are mounted in other part of cylindrical case. Linear halogen- filament lamps are attached to screen by locking them in fastening units that can be made in the form of plates disposed perpendicular to luminous elements of linear halogen lamps. Screen may be provided with at least one cooling port affording additional cooling of device parts. EFFECT: enhanced luminous intensity in confined space; reduced size of device. 3 cl, 3 dwg
