FIELD: aircraft industry; handling of hoses. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices for transportation of objects, bringing objects of large mass and overall dimensions from flying vehicles, ejection and load handling jobs. Hose spread out in length and perimeter over length of package is divided into steps and locks are fitted from outside at step borders. Then hose is folded over perimeter in form of fold-member, member being fixed in turn to each other to form S-turns with possibility of provision of step-by-step unfixing of each forward-laid fold-member at border of each pair of fold-member when changing positions of hose 1 form S-turn to spread over length and perimeter position. Invention makes it possible to provide regulated stowing of flexible hose with possibility of provision of regulated unfolding and determination of values of preset parameters at any time length, faultlessness and reliability of process of hose unfolding.
