FIELD: natural gas liquefaction equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus involves natural gas liquefaction system, re-gasification system and vehicles to transfer cooled heat-carrying agent from second tank into first tank, to transfer warm heat-carrying agent from first tank into second tank and to transfer liquefied natural gas from vessel into gasifier tank. Liquefaction system has gas source, methane compressor, adsorber-desiccant, main heat-exchanger, first throttle flap, liquid phase separator, cooling heat-exchanger, second throttle flap and liquefied gas vessel, arranged in series. First tank with cooled heat-carrying agent is connected through pump to cooling heat-exchanger inlet via reverse flow line. First tank with warm liquid heat-carrying agent is connected to main heat-exchanger outlet. Re-gasification system has gasifier tank, liquefied gas evaporator, gas heater and gas consumer. Second tank with warm liquid heat-carrying agent is connected through pump to evaporator inlet in reverse flow line. Second tank with cooled heat-carrying agent is connected to evaporator outlet in reverse flow line. EFFECT: reduced cost of liquefied natural gas production process. 6 cl, 5 dwg
