FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: large-magnification achromatic microlens includes frontal component coming in the form of single plano- convex lens or in the form of single meniscus facing image space with convexity, second component manufactured in the form of two double-layer lenses installed in sequence along optical axis which positive components face image space and third component fabricated in the form of single negative meniscus facing image space with concavity. Material diaphragm which opening diameter equals diameter of exit pupil of lens is positioned in lens at distance L = /0,3-7,5/fe from single negative meniscus. Relations specified in formula of invention are realized in single negative meniscus. EFFECT: enhanced information capacity thanks to increase of resolution and improved aberration correction. 1 dwg
