FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: absorbing products including lactic acid bacteria to be kept for prolonged period of time under imperfect conditions could be obtained by applying suspension of lactic acid bacteria upon absorbing product, then the latter is dried to obtain moisture content of not more than 10%, predominantly, lower than 5 %, and mostly predominant to be lower than 1%, calculated as percentage against the weight of absorbing nucleus in product. Absorbing product could be represented by swaddling cloth, hygienic napkin, panty shield, safeguard in case of urine incontinence or by any similar product. It contains lactic acid bacteria, and product is indicated to come in touch with skin in area of patient's perineum where lactic acid bacteria are able to be transferred onto consumer's skin, and, when applied, onto mucosa in area of perineum to develop microbiological barrier to prevent development of unfavorable strains of microorganisms in mentioned area of patient's perineum. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 10 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
