FIELD: dehydration of various substances, particularly, liquid manure. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of treated substance in form of thin layer to smooth and hot side 10 of heat exchange wall 1 made for motion over closed cyclic trajectory. Substance layer is flattened on this side for layer leveling and spreading, and at the end of cycle, solid and dry sediment is removed. In so doing, directly before application, treated substance is subjected to considerable volume expansion for giving foam consistency to it and applied to hot side 10 in form of thin layer.
