Liquid formula with irritating effect comprises by variant 1: irritating agent, glycerol and ethylene glycol; by variant 2: irritating agent, glycerol and water; by variant 3: irritating agent, glycerol, ethylene glycol and dye; by variant 4: irritating agent, glycerol, water and dye. Invention is directed for creation of liquid formula with irritating effect used for self- defense agents with high exploitation indices. Agents can be used in self- defense agents, in part, in aerosol small- scale cylinders used in gun barrel-less shooting devices. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of formula. 24 cl
