SUBSTANCE: method involves changing draft in first drawing zone in the course of advancement of fibrous material by changing thickness of fibrous material before drawing it into draft and simultaneously kinematically changing draft in terminating drawing zone in the course of advancement of fibrous material by changing thickness of drawn fibrous material through converting it into draft initially by electric means with following kinematic means; changing parameters of draft in first zone in the course of advancement of fibrous material by converting thickness of fibrous material into draft before drawing thereof.
