FIELD: drilling and servicing of oil and gas wells, particularly, secondary tapping of producing formations. SUBSTANCE: device has drill pipe connected with hollow body having fixing unit, accommodated in body and guide channel of deflecting member flexible pipe, rock cutting tool installed on shaft of spindle-deflecting tool of hydraulic motor whose stator is connected with drill pipe by means of flexible pipe, and adapter coaxially installed in body and made for longitudinal motion in body cavity on joint in form of recess made in body wall and installed in spline of adapter. Invention covers two versions of device design differing from each other by design features of hollow adapter and spline connected with it, which is made according to one of version in form of differential piston, and in other version, spline is installed in lower half- body of hollow adapter made for turning relative to upper half-body in which additional spline for engagement with additional longitudinal recess formed in body well is installed.
