FIELD: mining, mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction of wells with side boreholes. Assembled case (2) of orientator of coiled tubing pipe (3) is arranged on flow column (FC) (1); hollow piston (4) travels inside assembled case (2). Gear half-coupling (5) is located in the lower part of hollow piston (4). One or several cams (6) are assembled on piston (4); the cams mesh screwed grooves (7) made on the wall of assembled case (2). Below coaxially with piston (4) there is installed rotary spindle (8), in the upper part of which gear half-coupling (9) is mounted. Return spring (10) is installed inside assembled case (2); the return spring disconnects gear half-couplings (5) and (9) and also returns piston (4) in an initial position. Rotary spindle (8) rests on bearing (12) via additional return spring (11) facilitating return of spindle (8) into an upper initial position. Spline section (13) of rotary spindle (8) comes into hollow spline coupling (14) which is assembled in the lower part of assembled case (2) and is fixed in it with threaded bushing (15). The lower part of spline coupling (14) is connected to the upper part of rotary case (17) by means of thread (16); on the side surface of rotary case (17) there is made lengthwise opening (18) for outlet of coiled tubing pipe (3). Spring (19) designed for directing coiled tubing pipe (3) into well side borehole (20) is installed opposite opening (18) in rotary case (17). Ratchet half-coupling (21) is arranged on the lower end of thread bushing (15); triggers of the ratchet half-coupling intermesh gears of a ratchet crown made on the body of spline coupling (14). Central channel (25) is made inside piston (4) with such a diametre, that there is slit gap (26), when coiled tubing pipe (3) passes through the channel; this gap is required to create pressure drop between zones above and under piston (4). The whole assembly is installed inside cased column (27).
EFFECT: invention secures delivery of lowered on flexible pipes assemblies into required side borehole of well, also invention facilitates significant reduction of time for technological operations in side boreholes of well.
