FIELD: drilling equipment; applicable in well reaming in preset interval. SUBSTANCE: reamer has hollow cylindrical ribbed working member connected with drill string by means of cylindrical joint. Located between cylindrical ribbed working member and cylindrical joint is orienting extensible sub. These design members have common hydraulic channel ending in lower part of said working member and connected with channel of reactive nozzle and washing channels of not more than three hydraulic giant nozzles located on side surface of said working member. Reactive nozzle is directed at angle of 90 deg. Relative to reamer axis. The first hydraulic giant nozzle located at level of reactive nozzle at angle of 210 deg. Relative to its axis along reamer rotation and at angle of 30 deg relative to its axis towards lower boundary of said working member. The second hydraulic giant nozzle is located upward over cylinder element of said working member relative to the first hydraulic giant nozzle and at angle of 90 deg relative to axis of reamer. The third hydraulic giant nozzle is located upward over cylinder element of said working member spaced from cylinder element for the first and second hydraulic giant nozzles at angle of 285 deg along reamer rotation and at angle of 90 deg relative to its axis. Diameters of reactive nozzle and hydraulic giant nozzle, distance between them and conditions of selection of standard nozzle are calculated by definite mathematical expressions.
