FIELD: solar power engineering, namely plants for producing heat, cold and electric energy by means of solar energy. SUBSTANCE: complex includes helioreceiver having heliocoating with ducts separated by means of cross partitions forming lifting steps and made of porous material with height equal to height of liquid rising in capillary tube and hollow vapor chambers with height equal to diameter of vapor bubble. Said ducts are provided with lower collector and upper drum. Complex also includes ejector, condenser, heat accumulator, evaporator, cold accumulator, throttle, turbo-generator with condenser mutually connected through pipeline system with hydraulic lock. Turbo-generator is connected with electric power accumulator. EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
