FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: multi-wick steam generator-condenser includes housing equipped with high pressure steam and waste steam connection pipes, the cover of which and bottom are covered from inside with the grid made of strips of capillary-porous material, which form cells; grid is connected to lifting wicks covered with casings with gaps at cover and bottom, and separating device. Housing is separated on inner side with horizontal heat-insulating partition into evaporation and condensation chambers; inside them there located are lifting wicks located in staggered order, passing through the above horizontal heat-insulating partition, connected with strips of capillary-porous material of grids of cover and bottom and covered with casings with gaps made in the form of triangular slots on their upper and lower edges attached to inner surface of cover and bottom; at that, separating device consists of inner surface of sidewalls of housing, horizontal heat-insulating partition and casings in evaporation chamber covered with grids made of capillary-porous material strips forming cells and connected to similar grid on cover.
