SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing suspension with gypsum binder; performing vibration vacuumizing of said suspension and pouring suspension into fitting out part; after solidifying impregnating received cores and molds by dipping them into solution of silicone vanish at continuously acting upon said solution by means of ultrasonic field with intensity (0.5 - 5)103 Wt/m2 in order to enhance capillary impregnation; in addition treating vanish solution by means of nanosecond electromagnetic pulses with specific power 400 - 900 Wt/m2 in order to lower viscosity of vanish solution and to increase moistening and impregnating capability of solution; at final stage calcining cores and molds.
