FIELD: foundry, possibly making complex-profile fine-relief castings of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cladding filler with gel forming agent due to agitating in edge-runner mill; simultaneously acting upon gel forming solution by means of nanosecond electromagnetic pulses with specific power 300-800 MWt/cub.m; pouring prepared filler in core box and compacting it by vibration; creating vacuum in core box and feeding binder solution. Binder which is subjected to action of pressure gradient impregnates filler, it reacts with gel forming agent and solidifies . In order to make especially complex cores, clad filler is impregnated with binder solution due to acting upon solution by means of nanosecond electromagnetic pulses with specific power 800-1300 MWt/cub.m. It provides lowered viscosity of solution and improved wetting and impregnating capabilities of it. EFFECT: accelerated process of forming cores with enhanced physical and mechanical properties of cores. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
