FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foldable package of step type which can be used for exhibiting, advertising, storing and carrying articles of similar or different three-dimensional shape. Package is designed for single articles and articles combined in groups, for instance, cans, bottles, cosmetic articles, writing materials, stationary, etc. proposed package contains upper and lower steps connected to each other, one of which is provided with cells for articles, T-shape common base with vertical side walls provided with holes in form of sector and flaps for bending off. Upper step has interconnected first support and second horizontal panels, first of which is furnished with end face vertical walls with holes in form sector and flaps for bending off, front vertical wall with pair of inner and pair of outer longitudinal slots made along step mating line and connected with second horizontal panel along line of bending. Lower step has at least one second horizontal panel with pair of inner and pair of outer, preferably, G-shaped lips and connected with common base. Horizontal panel of lower step is connected with outer side of front vertical wall of upper step owing to engagement of G-shaped lips with longitudinal slots. Side vertical walls of base and end face vertical walls of upper step horizontal panel are connected with inner side of front vertical wall owing to engagement of G-shaped lips with holes, and joints are fixed by flaps.
