FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for drying aliphatic C1-C3-alcohols. Method involves adsorption of an aqueous-alcoholic mixture on zeolite adsorbent in two adsorbers working in successive or parallel regime. Mixtures is fed by upper of adsorbers at enhanced temperature and pressure at inlet into adsorbers and using zeolite of structural type A corresponding to the chemical formula: MeaO•AL2O3•bSiO2•cH2O wherein Me is K, Na, Ca, Mg, Ba, Sr taken in the different ratios and combinations; a = 0.8-2.1; b = 1.5-2.2; c = 0.2-25. Adsorption of an aqueous-alcoholic mixture is carried out at temperatures at inlet into adsorbers that is above water boiling point 105-140 C.
