FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to studying isolation methods, techniques for stabilizing samples of soil contaminated by pinacoline ester of methylphosphonic acid fluoride, and subsequent biochemical analysis. When performing analysis, to isolate microquantities of subject compound, soil samples are preliminarily stabilized by cooling them to 0-5 C. For achieving maximum isolation of subject compound, ultrasonic irradiation for 8-12 min is utilized. To eliminate obstructing effect of metal salts on biochemical analysis, diammonium or disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is added. EFFECT: increased sensitivity of analysis. 2 cl, 4 tbl
