FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing cavity in tooth, preparing composition with penetrating agent. Gel substance of Tisol in the amount of 10 to 50 % of composition mass to be introduced into the dental cavity is used as the penetrating agent promoting active agent to be introduced into dental tissues. Tisol included into the composition and introducible into the dental cavity is administered as gel or aqueous solution with Tisol concentration being not less than 40%. The composition is administered as gel prepared by mechanical mixing of active agent ingredients with gel substance of Tisol. The introduced composition is hold in the tooth cavity from 6 h to 3 days long. EFFECT: accelerated and effective penetration of drugs into dental tissues. 4 cl, 2 dwg
