SUBSTANCE: essence of the method: after professional oral cavity hygiene, enamel-sealing liquid (Tiefenfluoride) is applied to the dry surface of the tooth with rubbing movements, using a brush, namely: first liquid 1 is applied, then without mouth rinsing, liquid 2 is applied the same way, wherein liquids 1 and 2 are applied by rubbing movements for 20 seconds, while liquid 2 is applied to the treated surface 1 minute after liquid 1 application, in addition, after liquid 2 application, 1 minute after, a 50% aqueous solution of tizol is applied to treated tooth surface with a brush, by rubbing movements for 10-15 seconds, then, after 24 hours, the procedure is repeated. For caries treatment, the procedure is performed twice a year, with a periodicity of 6 months, for caries prevention, the course is carried out once a year.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of caries prevention and treatment of the initial stage of caries in comparison with the prototype method due to the increased penetration depth of the active component into the tooth enamel.
