FIELD: concentration of minerals; processing mineral raw materials containing non-ferrous, ferrous, rare and noble metals, as well as non-metallic minerals; cleaning waste water from solid particles and oil drops. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine ensures optimization of motion of three-phase flows for three processes separately: securing particles on bubbles, coarsening and separation of coarse bubbles from pulp. Proposed pneumatic floatation machine includes separating chamber, reactor with pulp supplying unit and aerator, aerated pulp flow distributor mounted in separating chamber under reactor and made in form of cover with holes and bottom; machine is also provided with foam chute and tailings unloading unit. Machine is provided with concentric shells secured to bottom and at least one shell secured to cover between shells secured to bottom concentrically relative to them. Cover and bottom of flow distributor are mounted at spaced relation to their external edges. Cover is asymmetric and cone-shaped; in its upper portion cover has additional holes for evacuation of mineralized bubbles. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 12 cl, 4 dwg
