FIELD: processing of minerals.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the processing of minerals by foam flotation and is intended for processing mineral and technogenic raw materials in the form of ore pulp containing non-ferrous, ferrous, rare, precious metals, as well as non-metallic minerals. A jet flotation cell contains a flotation chamber, in the upper part of which there is a drain chute, and in the lower part there is an outlet for removing pulp, which is connected through a control valve to a pipe for removing flotation tails, as well as with a supply settling tank, which is configured to supply pulp through a pump into a pulp cylinder, and is connected together with the air manifold to at least one downcomer aerator. The flotation machine has at least one composite sleeve and a pulp lens for supplying pulp from a cylinder into the aerator glass, as well as at least one pipe for supplying air into the aerator glass from the air manifold, a check valve in the form of a flange with a hole where the cover is placed. At one end of the flange there is a gasket, and at the other a tongue installed between the outlet of the air manifold and the pipe for supplying air to the aerator glass from the manifold, a flange connection with a shut-off valve installed between the outlet of the cylinder and a composite hose, which is fixed to the inlet aerator cup using a flange connection between the first flange of the composite hose and the mounting flange with a gasket between them.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the jet flotation machine while simultaneously ensuring an increase in its productivity.
