PLANT FOR PREPARATION, TRANSPORTATION AND LAYING OF FOAM CONCRETE MIX Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; equipment for preparation, transportation and laying of foam- concrete mix; monolithic house-building. SUBSTANCE: proposed movable plant includes positive-action mixer with electric drive, foam generator, foam generator reservoir, gyration pump with transporting hose and control panel mounted on common frame. Plant is additionally provided with receiving bin located under mixer and rigidly secured on frame; mixing shaft with screw blades is located in its lower portion; one end of this shaft is connected with mixer drive and its other end is connected with gyration pump containing discharge screw mechanism in form of single-start eccentric rotor revolving in double-start stator in planetary pattern; it is located on the outside of bin. Bin bottom, mixing shaft and axle of pump stator are located at angle of 45 to 75 deg. relative to level. Transporting hose is provided with foam-concrete mix pressure indicator made in form of spring-loaded piston with rod located in housing consisting of horizontal and vertical cylindrical branch pipes communicating through hole formed in horizontal branch pipe under vertical one. Lower part of piston is located in horizontal branch pipe fitted on initial section of hose. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
