FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process line for manufacture of cellular mixtures, comprising continuous mixer for components of mortar mix, reservoir of tempering water communicated to the latter by means of product line with a pump of dosed water supply connected to it, porosity mixer, foam generator, reservoir of foaming agent aqueous solution. Continuous mixer is communicated by means of product line to cavity of porosity mixer, which is arranged together with a product line that discharges finished mix. Process line is equipped with a compressor of compressed air supply. Foam generator is equipped as ejector and is installed in porosity mixer. Compressor of compressed air supply and reservoir of foaming agent aqueous solution by means of individual product lines are communicated to mixing chamber of ejector foam generator, body of which is arranged with a cylindrical portion and conical narrowing. On cylindrical part of body there are holes provided, as well as elements of cavitation and eddy vanes. Conical narrowing of body is arranged with slots for pore formation and enrichment of mortar mix with concentrated solution of foaming agent.

EFFECT: simplification of production and technological cycle for preparation of foam mixtures and their products with simultaneous improvement of their physical and mechanical properties.
