FIELD: aviation and space engineering; vertical takeoff and landing flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: fuselage of proposed flying vehicle is made in form of two spherical surfaces having different curvature. Upper spherical surface provided with air pump impeller of boundary layer control system secured on it is rotatable. Besides that, flying vehicle is provided with reverse rotation flywheel. Engine plant consists of vertical lift jet engines mounted on lower surface and horizontal motion engines mounted symmetrically over periphery of disk. Horizontal motion engines are provided with aerodynamic anti-surge belt. EFFECT: enhanced stabilization and controllability of flying vehicle in all flying modes. 4 dwg
