FIELD: flight vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: flight deck (1) accommodating the passengers, crew and equipment has a truncated spherical wall (14) fasted at the deck (2) periphery and on the upper outer side of power clutch (7) attached with its base on the housing of central reduction gear (8), top drive shaft (37) coupled with the fuselage central part. The flight deck and deck central parts are fitted on the power clutch outer side. The flight deck inner space is divided by partitions into separate compartments. The pilots compartments accommodates the pilots seats and flight vehicle control section (28), which the passengers' seats are fitted on the deck diametrically opposite to the flight direction. The central part accommodates an entrance-exit hatch section with a separated hatch and ladder, the pilots cabin and a separate in-out hatch, the cabin window being arranged at the level of window (36) of the fuselage.

EFFECT: controlled position of flight deck in automatic and manual control.
