METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STARTING OF REWINDING PROCESS DURING CENTRIFUGAL SPINNING AFTER THREAD BREAKAGE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing thread separating member in rotating spinning centrifuge after thread breakage; using drive for bringing thread separating member into contact with conical bobbin placed on internal wall of centrifuge winder; using thread guiding unit provided with thread guiding contour and positioned on thread separating member for raising of bobbin lower layers to level of rewinding casing so that winding of thread onto thread separating member is prevented during rewinding process. Apparatus has thread separating member positioned for introducing into rotating spinning centrifuge and for coming into contact with bobbin placed on centrifuge internal wall. Thread separating member is introduced into rotating spinning centrifuge by means of drive and is equipped with blade positioned for bringing of thread separating member into contact with conical bobbin and thread guiding contour axially extending beyond blade. EFFECT: increased efficiency in starting rewinding process during single-stage centrifugal spinning after thread breakage and improved rewinding process. 21 cl, 6 dwg
