FIELD: gluing agents. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes glue composition useful for gluing crimped-cardboard. Composition contains native starch, swelling starch, soda ash and calcium oxide or hydroxide taken in the definite ratio of components. Composition can contain borax. Glue is prepared by preparing dry mixture by stirring native and swelling starch, soda ash, calcium oxide or hydroxide and borax. Before feeding glue to line for production of crimped-cardboard the prepared dry mixture is stirred with water at room temperature for 10-15 min at mixer rate 800-1500 rev/min. Invention provides reduction of industrial areas, acceleration of process, reduction of cost of ready product and improvement of sanitary conditions for staff working.
