FIELD: mechanical engineering, chemical, oil and other industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of action onto fluid medium flow at transportation of liquids by pipelines. Proposed disperser contains device for acting onto fluid medium flow which consists of two rims installed successively in direction of medium flow in cut of pipeline. End faces of pipeline cuts are provided with flanges. First rim is made with blade crown swirl fluid medium flow. Second rim in direction of fluid medium flow contains central fairing and fan-type blades fixed between fairing and rim. Cylindrical spacer with flanges at ends is installed between rims. Rims are fixed on pipeline between flanges of pipeline and spacer. Inner diameter of spacer and rims is equal to inner diameter of pipeline at place of installation of device acting onto fluid medium flow. EFFECT: improved efficiency of addition dispersion in fluid medium and emulsification of liquid additions by provision of stable cavitation modes of flow of suspensions and emulsions to reduce their viscosity. 2 dwg
