SUBSTANCE: tank has housing and detachable layers fixed within housing and adapted for placing bags with curd thereon in rows. Tank is further equipped with whey draining pipeline. Layers have wavy relief surface. One of layers is put on tank bottom. Such construction allows pressing process to be intensified due to uniform discharge of whey during pressing. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities due to elimination of occurrence of perforations on tank wall. 1 dwg
