FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with detecting sections of poorly pliable mucous membrane of denture bottom in ultraviolet rays, transfer of these sections onto working model and their insulation at a model. Thickness of insulating metal covering corresponds to 30-150 mcm at gray heat of mucosal section and 150-400 mcm - at white heat. Insulating covering is applied onto a model due to plasma spraying of either copper or aluminum to be removed after preparing complete denture due to either dissolving in acid or leaching. The present innovation enables to decrease negative impact of complete denture onto underlying tissues and, thus, improve quality of therapy in patients with complete absence of teeth.
