SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing jaw model from preliminary imprint, isolating regions on model surface corresponding to prosthesis bed mucous membrane of low compliance, producing individual spoon, fitting and enframing it, making functional imprint. To isolate regions on model surface corresponding to prosthesis bed mucous membrane of low compliance, its surface is covered with thin Vaseline layer and clasp wax pate is laid over the Vaseline layer. A condition that insulating plate thickness be equal to prosthesis bed mucous membrane boundary zones compliance difference is to be satisfied. Then, wax is withdrawn from model surface retaining it in the places matching the areas of low compliance prosthesis bed mucous membrane and individual spoon is produced with wax plates being retained on internal spoon surface corresponding to prosthesis bed mucous membrane of low compliance. Next to it, the spoon is fitted in the oral cavity by applying functional tests and enframed. Wax is removed and functional imprint is produced.

EFFECT: simplified accelerated method; high physiological fitness and effectiveness.
