SUBSTANCE: discharge grid has sectors with discharge openings having stepped profile section extending from grid front surface to rear surface. Openings have walls arranged in parallel with one another and extending from grid front surface to opening depth equal to about half the minimal opening size and further widening at widening angle of at least 20 deg to opening longitudinal axis. Projections arranged on front surface of grid on portions between openings are made in the form of truncated cones of different sizes. Projections are spaced from one another by distance at least equal to opening pitch. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and prolonged service life. 3 dwg
