FIELD: machine engineering, repairing operations for heat exchange apparatuses in oil production industry branches, ship making, in heating and power plants, in boiler rooms. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool includes drive unit with casing and spindle; housing with cutting members mounted on its end; drive shaft arranged in housing and having one end joined through worm gearing with cutting members; pinion mounted on end of worm of said worm gearing with possibility of engaging with pawl secured relative to casing of drive unit by means of bracket and joined with safety coupling. In order to enhance centering and versatility, cutting tool is provided with cone gearing arranged in housing. Cutting members are in the form of three cutters. Stem of each cutter is T-shaped according to radial reciprocal groove of housing and it has on end pin arranged along its lengthwise axis and joined with cone gearing by means of helical groove provided on back face of large cone gear. Worm wheel is mounted on shaft of small cone gear and it is joined with worm of drive shaft. Housing has stem in the form of axle of large cone gear; said stem has cone end for centering housing and cutters relative to opening of worked tube.
