FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of Portland cement clinker, in part, to production of Portland cement clinker from nepheline-(belite) slime formed in complex processing nephelines. Raw mixture for production of Portland cement clinker formed in complex processing nephelines involves nepheline slime, lime, correcting additions and mineralizator containing active calcium carbonate and calcium hydrosilicate in the molar ratio CaO/SiO₂ = 0.8-2.0 in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: nepheline slime, 32-54; lime, 39- 54; correcting additions, 4-8; indicated mineralizator, 3-6. Invention provides the improved process for clinker caking providing the better formation of clinker materials, enhanced stability of fettling, reduced caking point and using sulfur-free mineralizator.
