FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in supply, in mixing fluorine-containing materials with charge components and in heat processing of charge. As fluorine-containing materials there are used secondary fluorine-containing materials with contents of fluorine not less, than 26 %. They are supplied into charge to produce Portland cement clinker as fluorine-containing mineraliser at amount ensuring contents of fluorine in source charge for production of Portland cement clinker 0.07-0.25 wt %. Also as secondary fluorine-containing material there can be used electrolytic carbon foam, return electrolyte, flotation and/or regenerating cryolite, and mixed cryolite. Additionally, calcium fluoride can be introduced into composition of fluorine containing mineraliser at the following ratio of components, wt %: secondary fluorine-containing material used in electrolytic production of aluminium - 30-90; calcium fluorine - the rest.

EFFECT: reduced load and power expenditures for separate kinds of equipment for processing primary wastes of electrolytic production of aluminium, expanded raw material base of fluorine containing mineralisers of charge at production of Portland cement clinker, reduced specific consumption of fuel at clinker baking, raised efficiency of baking furnace and increased overhaul life of baking furnace.
