SUBSTANCE: system metering thermal energy includes computer, bi-directional communication line, temperature-sensitive elements, pressure pickups and flow transducers placed in each of n channels, current generator, analog-to-digital converter, control device. System is supplemented with encoder and decoder connected to computer. Each of n channels is inserted with first and second commutators, first and second adders, first and second averagers, counter, converter of current data on flow rate of heat transfer agent, address fixing unit, response signal former, encoder and decoder.
